EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND ALTERATIONS - NO PROBLEM.

Hope all is well with all of you, as we collectively readjust to things once again.

And perhaps this time we'll get through it better - with more light at the end of the tunnel....

In the meantime we wanted to reassure everyone that your pre-Christmas purchases will still be exchanged, returned or altered - whenever we are actually allowed to reopen for trading.

There is no limitation on doing so - just as long as the pieces that are returned to us come back in the same condition as they were when you bought them from us.

So, please do remove that thought from any lists of worries or potential issues - it will all get sorted exactly as we promised, just as soon as we can all get back together in the lovely Shambles market.
